How Quote Requests Work

Velo Atlas uses a quote-first workflow because market cost and supplier availability can change quickly.

Choose a product and sign in or create an account with your email.
Submit a quote request from the product page. Include preferred size, color, build details, and phone or WhatsApp if useful.
We check current warehouse availability and supplier cost.
We reply by email with current pricing, availability, lead time, shipping, and estimated import duties or taxes where applicable.
If you decide to proceed, we confirm the payment and shipping process before any order is finalized.

Important notes

Prices shown in backend systems, search engines, cached previews, or old screenshots should not be treated as final. A quote is only current when Velo Atlas confirms it by email.

Submitting a quote request does not reserve inventory until we confirm availability and the next steps with you.
